Hydraulic Engineer of the ISIM (2005), Antoine worked for two years in Paris in fossil fuels before taking over HYDRO SERVICE CONSULTANTS (renamed ENVINERGY TRANSACTIONS) in 2007. 
Antoine has since then participated in the success of more than 100 transactions involving renewable energy assets (hydro, wind, solar), with approximately 80 MW of hydroelectric plants under transaction.

Mining Engineer Ales (2002), Nicolas worked for 10 years at VALECO as Project Manager and Business Development Director. Nicolas initiated more than 300 MW of wind power projects, with 110 MW of obtained building permits, and coordinated the construction of four wind farms totalling 34 MW. Since joining Envinergy Transactions in September 2012, Nicolas has completed 10 transactions totalling 100 MW.

Engineer of “Engineers National School of Saint-Etienne" (1994), Eric possesses more than 17 years of experience in the sector of the renewable energies. After a career beginning in the group Bouygues, he joined SCITE, then EDF EN, in charge of purchases and construction. At the end of 2004, Eric was appointed CEO of Senvion France/Belgium and Officer of Senvion Canada, then Deputy Chief Executive Officer of AREVA Wind. Eric joined Vestas at the end of 2010 to contribute to his development on the French market and the emerging markets. He brings a global vision of the transactions with 600 MW of offshore projects signed and more than 3,5 GW onshore projects signed and realized.

Engineer trained at INSA Toulouse (2009) then engaged in a VIE in Germany and Morocco in the energy sector, Nicolas then spent 11 years at NORDEX as a sales representative, Sales Director France then in the West Mediterranean area . A financier with strong environmental convictions, Olivier worked for 6 years with a developer for which he was involved in numerous transactions; refinancing, LBO or divestment operations. Olivier has also worked in the forest biomass and paper recycling sector.
