Paris, 5 October 2023: One of the energy companies of one of our well-known clients has just purchased convertible bonds issued by Ogorje Green, a subsidiary of the Akuo group, to finance its wind farm in Ogorje, Croatia.
For Envinergy, this is our 3rd reference abroad, after hydro in Portugal and solar in Switzerland, now wind in Croatia. All 3 renewables finally represented!
Following a mandate from ETIC Partners, Envinergy carried out an investor search, and the investor selected decided to purchase part of these convertible bonds maturing on 31 December 2032 for an amount of 2.5 M€.
👏🏻 Well done to everyone involved in this operation, which began last May and was completed in under 5 months.
