The transaction covers a portfolio of 17 projects, representing a total capacity of ~1,000 MW, as well as the integration of Calycé's wind teams, significantly strengthening WPD's presence in the Grand Est region.
This sale is part of the Orient process, a wider operation covering ~2 GW of wind and solar projects under development, also including teams spread across metropolitan France.
