Internship: Mergers, Acquisitions and Financing Analyst (“M&A and Financing Analyst Internship”) M/F Internship profile: Financial analyst / Financial modelling / M&A / Project finance Support role for transaction managers across all renewables (wind, solar and hydro) within the Company Contract type: 6-month internship starting from January 2023 Location: The position is based in Paris (75008). The role may involve some client visits, accompanying the business teams. Duties: Supported by your tutor and part of a team experienced in transactions and financing across all renewables (wind, solar and hydro), your main duties will be as follows:
- Financial modelling and structuring of all kinds of transactions:
- Company valuation work for the appraisal of projects at different stages of development
