Envinergy is proud to have advised a French IPP as exclusive sell-side advisor on the sale of a portfolio of around fifteen solar projects to Entech smart energies, as part of the MAGNITUDE operation.
This transaction concerns a portfolio with a total installed capacity of around 100 MWp, made up of ground-mounted, agrivoltaic and floating solar projects spread across 12 departments of metropolitan France. The projects range in individual capacity from 3 to 11 MWp.
This acquisition marks Entech SE's first strategic investment following its €15m fundraising, and is fully in line with the development of its Energy & Services business, which aims to offer turn-key photovoltaic solutions integrating storage, financing and smart management.
