Envinergy acted as exclusive sell-side advisor to TotalEnergies Renouvelables France on the sale of a 159 MWp photovoltaic portfolio to Entech smart energies.
The complexity of the transaction lay in particular in structuring a portfolio of 41 ground-mounted projects of varying maturity, with projects at different stages of development, ranging from secured land to ready-to-build CRE tender winners, and commissioning scheduled between 2026 and 2029.
This transaction follows the acquisition in July 2025 of a first portfolio of projects with a total capacity of around 100 MWp from another player, for which Envinergy also acted as exclusive sell-side advisor in the first transaction with Entech.
