We are delighted to have advised EOLFI on the partial sale of shares in the SPV holding the La Cense wind project to Innergex. La Cense is a 13.2 MW RTB (ready-to-build) wind project located in the Oise.
Innergex, in partnership with EOLFI, the project's original developer, will begin construction of the project in the coming weeks, with commissioning expected in 2026. This transaction marks the start of a new partnership between Innergex and EOLFI, with Eolfi retaining a minority stake in the project.
