Envinergy is proud to have supported SOLVEO Energies in its first wind financing (15 MW). Our teams worked on negotiating the financing, as well as negotiating the turbine contracts, consulting aggregators and coordinating the due diligence. This financing was signed with Caisse d’Epargne de Midi-Pyrénées, Caisse d’Epargne Languedoc-Roussillon and Caisse d’Epargne Loire Centre in a shifting political and regulatory context that called for flexibility and inventiveness.
