Over 8 months, Envinergy advised and guided Orsana, the French subsidiary of the JC Mont-Fort group, in its €20 million fundraising. This bond financing, signed on 6 April 2023 and combined with an RCF loan, supports the company and its French operating subsidiaries in their project development activities: multi-energy projects such as wind, solar and storage in France (>1GW) as well as internationally. This innovative fundraising was concluded with Crédit Agricole Mutuel du Languedoc, Sofilaro Dette Privée, FPCI OCCTE OCCIGEN and Smalt ENR. After a fairly broad consultation of banks and investment funds, Orsana chose this pool of experienced lenders, fully able to understand the risks and practices of a solar and wind developer and to meet its needs.
