We feel a very particular pride today: the subject of our latest closing, simply imposing for renewable energy, is a solar portfolio of nearly 77 MWp (of which 60 already in operation, 12 ready to build and 5 in development). Together, the 6 project companies can deliver annual output sufficient to supply electricity to around 38,000 people. Envinergy’s teams led this fine transaction for the sale of all the project companies, between the seller, a fund managed by Impax Asset Management, which specialises in opportunities linked to the transition to a more sustainable economy, and the investor QUAERO CAPITAL, a firm committed to responsible investment and sustainability. These solar plants, particularly well integrated into their environment, provide several accompanying measures for those already in operation, such as eco-grazing. For those to be built and in development, the same co-construction approach with local stakeholders will be applied. A fabulous adventure and success for Envinergy!
