This competitive process, launched on 25 May, closed on 4 December, in line with the original timetable. It is another large-scale and complex transaction that adds to our proven expertise. Beyond the scale of the operation, which mobilised up to 8 people within Envinergy, we wish to highlight the human dimension that prevails in this transaction and that seals a long-term partnership between CALYCE and ROMANDE.
