We have just been at work in Corrèze on a solar transaction finalised in the last few days. This process involves 5 agricultural shed rooftops with a combined capacity of 646 kWp. A particular feature of this deal: the seller only wished to dispose of part of the assets held by a company. The transaction therefore required the drafting of 5 business asset transfers and the associated lease assignments.
