Envinergy is proud to have advised an industrial player in the renewable energy sector on the sale of a portfolio of 18 rooftop photovoltaic plants to GreenYellow, a major energy transition operator.
This operation concerns the sale of a photovoltaic portfolio spread across the island of Réunion, with a total installed capacity of 3.1 MWp. The portfolio, made up of operational assets, comprises installations on school and industrial buildings benefiting from long-term power purchase agreements. Expected annual output exceeds 4.3 GWh, equivalent to the consumption of more than 1,360 people.
This acquisition is fully in line with GreenYellow's growth strategy, now positioned as an operator that owns and operates its assets over the long term, and illustrates the Group's commitment to investing sustainably in the French overseas territories to support their energy transformation.
