Envinergy is pleased to announce the closing of the BGA transaction, involving the sale of shares in several wood-industry companies, including a sawmill, a pellet plant and a wood-fired cogeneration plant. We would like to thank BGA's two shareholders, Forestis and CEM, for trusting Envinergy to support them through this complex and fascinating process, which enabled us to complete this disposal in the biomass sector.
