Envinergy acted as exclusive sell-side advisor to Valénergies on the sale to Terr.a of an 8.3 MWp turn-key rooftop photovoltaic portfolio.
The portfolio comprises 32 assets and relies on a mix of FiT and self-consumption, with most assets commissioned at closing, all backed by existing bank financing and a secured EPC.
The projects are mostly located across the southern half of France, ensuring balanced national coverage and good diversification of irradiation resources.
Envinergy supported Valénergies at every stage of the sale process, from running the competitive process among potential buyers through to closing.
