Envinergy advises IDEX: €120 million to accelerate solar energy in France ⚡️
We acted as financial advisor to IDEX to structure a €120 million financing, arranged by Crédit Agricole CIB, dedicated to the rollout of photovoltaic plants: ground-mounted, on rooftops, and as solar canopies.
- Total capacity of approximately 100 MWp
- Projects primarily for self-consumption, split between rooftop, ground-mounted, and canopy installations
- Long-term, contract-backed financing
- Scalable, replicable model combining self-consumption, grid sales and, where applicable, storage
- Industrial ramp-up already underway, with projects in operation at client sites
