Envinergy is proud to have advised Voltalia on the sale of the La Faye wind farm to the Compagnie Nationale du Rhône (CNR). A pioneer in renewable energy, Voltalia plays a major role in developing and operating sustainable projects around the world.
Located in the municipalities of La Faye and Chèvrerie, in North Charente (Nouvelle-Aquitaine), the 12 MW La Faye wind farm consists of six 2 MW turbines, commissioned in July 2010. As its power purchase agreement nears its end, this project demonstrates the durability and resilience of the wind assets developed by Voltalia. As the new owner, the Compagnie Nationale du Rhône (CNR) will continue to operate the farm, also consolidating its position as a key player in the energy transition in France.
