We are delighted to share the successful sale of Lotus Technologies and LOTUS TECH SUN, two leading players in the installation of photovoltaic rooftops and solar carports. With 37 years of experience and a team of 30 passionate experts, the Group has already designed, installed and maintained more than 600 photovoltaic plants. Based in Nîmes, it aims to strengthen its presence in the south of France, backed by top-level certifications and a fast-growing order book.
A group of investors brought together and represented by Citystar has partnered with Mohamed Ziani to take over the company. After 25 years alongside founder Frédéric Perrier, Mohamed Ziani now becomes Managing Director of the Group. Citystar, an investment and management company, brings together a range of projects in real estate, industry and services, with an approach focused on co-control and risk sharing. Since 2005, it has completed several major LBOs and forged strategic partnerships, strengthening its relationships with entrepreneurs across various sectors.
Thanks to Lotus's expertise and reputation, combined with the involvement of the Citystar teams, the Group now has solid foundations for sustainable profitability and long-term development opportunities.
