Envinergy is pleased to announce a new success with the sale of KBE Energy to Circet France. KBE Energy is a pioneering company in the photovoltaic sector. Founded in 2006, it specialises in project ownership (AM0), design and installation (EPC) of large photovoltaic rooftops.
With a team of 15 people across 2 branches, it has more than 500 references in the southern half of France. Circet France is the leading provider of telecoms infrastructure services in Europe (18,000 employees – turnover of over €4 billion).
This sale enables the historical shareholders to realise the value of more than 15 years of work and gives the company the resources it needs to develop throughout France. The Envinergy team is proud to have taken part in this fine human adventure and to have been involved at this decisive moment in the company's life.
