Jeudi 30 mai, nous avons eu le plaisir d’accueillir dans nos bureaux, les participants du 2ème " Synergie Business Club" !
Cette soirée a été l’occasion de promouvoir les actions remarquables de la Fondation Synergie Renouvelable et d’échanger sur les enjeux du secteur ENRs.
Un grand merci à Jean pierre Vidal, champion olympique de ski en 2002 à Salt Lake City, pour son intervention inspirante.

Envinergy is proud to announce the successful closing of Neoen’s divestment of 46,8 MW wind projects (Berger & Beaux Monts) in France, representing a 95% stake in the two wind farms.
Envinergy acted as financial advisor of Neoen, a leading independent producer of renewable energy listed in Euronext Paris market. We want to thank again all the teams involved in that transaction, especially Neoen’s and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP’s, who worked efficiently toward that achievement.
