Séminaire en compagnie de Frank Adisson

Séminaire d’exception pour une partie de l’équipe, avec une initiation aux sports d’eaux vives en compagnie de l’ancien champion olympique, Frank Adisson.
Frank, également ancien Président de NEH/CHCR, société vendue à Hydrocop lors du projet Canodor, en a profité pour nous faire visiter la centrale hydroélectrique de Bouchouse.

Envinergy is proud to announce the successful closing of Neoen’s divestment of 46,8 MW wind projects (Berger & Beaux Monts) in France, representing a 95% stake in the two wind farms.
Envinergy acted as financial advisor of Neoen, a leading independent producer of renewable energy listed in Euronext Paris market. We want to thank again all the teams involved in that transaction, especially Neoen’s and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP’s, who worked efficiently toward that achievement.
