Lancement de l'opération Frégate

Nous vous informons du lancement de l’opération FREGATE comprenant la cession de 23 centrales solaires en exploitation pour 700 kWc :
- un portefeuille de 11 centrales PV toitures pour 350 kWc situées à la Réunion
- un portefeuille de 12 centrales PV toitures pour 350 kWc situées à la Martinique

Opérations Soleil d’Ouest & Chevêche

Envinergy had the pleasure of accompanying its clients involved in the Soleil d'Ouest & Chevêche operations. The sale of these photovoltaic assets, under construction or in operation for a total of 24 installations, required the implementation of several transaction schemes: development, construction and disposal contracts as well as specific legal solutions to make the assets liquid.
